ReplyDeleteThe only way to connect an external hard drive to your TV, is the first connection to your laptop to the TV and then use an external hard drive USB port on your laptop.
If you do not have a computer, then you should see a box with Media Player to save the disc if you so the drive can be formatted in FAT 32.
